Refund Policy

At Tacos el Jalisciense, we take pride in the quality of our food and customer service. We want every customer to enjoy their experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the policy below.

1. In-Store Orders

All sales are final once an order is prepared and served. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing item, incorrect item, quality concern), please let us know immediately. We are happy to remake the item or offer an in-store credit at our discretion.

2. Phone Orders for Pick-Up

If you placed an order over the phone and believe there was an error, please contact us at (530) 790-7222 within 1 hour of pick-up. We may offer a replacement or in-store credit based on the circumstances. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Cash Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds. When applicable, a credit may be issued in the form of a gift certificate or in-store credit for future use.

4. How to Request a Resolution

To request a resolution for a problem with your order, please contact us:

  • In person at the time of service, or

  • By phone at (530) 790-7222 within 1 hour of pick-up

Please be ready to provide your receipt or order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
